Ce inseamna prioritate, prioritizare? Sa faci ceva mai intai, dar si sa savarsesti acel lucru, nu sa incepi un lucru inaintea altuia, ci sa termini acel lucru mai intai de altul. Nu discut semantica, filozofie marunta, ci ma gandesc doar la o viata scursa printre degete, incurcata intre a vrea, a face si a reusi.

Multe chestiuni sunt banale, tragic de neimportante, cele care iti macina secundele pe care le insiri intr-o agonie debila in incercarea de a te pastra pe tine cel care ti-ai sadit in constient un gand revolutionar de a face azi ceva ce n-ai mai facut pana acum si anume sa dai gata o idee.

Cum asa? Alegand sa faci in fiecare zi un lucru marunt care sa iti ordoneze fuga haotica prin viata.

Azi vreau sa imi caut in amintiri si sa aduc la suprafata o veche bucurie … eu cel care eram intr-un anume fel, mai “poet” si mai putin “idiotizat”. Ce vreau sa spun eu prin “idiotizat” nu-i priveste pe cei ambitiosi, pe carieristi, pe specialisti sau pe profesionisti; ii priveste pe cei care si-au pierdut timpul pana acum incercand sa fie ceva ce nu sunt (niste biete animale de povara).

Vreau sa ma las de fumat timpul, vreau sa ma apuc de inspirat aer rarefiat.

P.S.  Sper sa nu ma imbat cu aer rece.

Creative Commons, de acum si in limba romana: de la “toate drepturile rezervate” la “unele drepturi rezervate”

Creatorii romani pot opta, incepand de marti, pentru licentele Creative Commons (CC) si in limba romana pentru distribuirea continutului protejat de legea dreptului de autor intr-un mod mai liberal. Mai precis, artistii si proprietarii intelectuali isi pot pastra drepturile de autor, dar permit si altor persoane sa copieze sau sa le distribuie opera in conditiile impuse de ei printr-o licenta CC.

Desi licentele Creative Commons permit autorilor schimbarea termenilor de licentiere de la clasicul “Toate drepturile rezervate(C)” la “Unele drepturi rezervate (CC)”, ele nu sunt o alternativa la legea drepturilor de autor, a precizat Bogdan Manolea, project lead pentru Creative Commons Romania. Potrivit acestuia, licentele CC se aplica in baza legislatiei privind dreptul de autor, astfel incat sa poata fi modificati termenii de licentiere pentru a permite o licenta deschisa a operelor promovate.

Mai mult, licentele CC nu vor conferi autorilor o protectie mai mare decat legea drepturilor de autor si nici nu pot fi revocate. Practic nu mai poti reveni asupra acestei licente odata ce produsul a fost preluat si promovat ca atare de mai multi utilizatori.

Pe scurt, licentele CC promoveaza reutilizarea creativa a operelor intelectuale si artistice, indiferent daca sunt in proprietatea cuiva sau in domeniul public. Ele pot fi accesate gratuit pe site-ul Creative Commons Romania si ofera un spectru de sase optiuni pornind de la cateva conditii de baza: mentionarea sursei; preluarea produsului ca atare, fara modificari; utilizarea lui in scopuri necomerciale sau prezentarea lui impreuna cu alte produse licentiate CC.

Licentele CC pot fi aplicate tuturor operelor care intra sub incidenta legislatiei privind drepturile de autor, exceptie facand softurile pentru care sunt recomandate alte licente specializate.

Cine poate folosi aceste licente? Oricine doreste, este raspunsul, dar pot fi utilizate in special de cinci categorii majore, spune Manolea: opere destinate pentru distribuire cat mai larga, cum este cazul lucrarilor stiintifice; bloggurile; Wikipedia, Flikr si alte asemenea sau in cazul managementului deschis al proprietatii intelectuale.

Am gasit aceste poze pe net … mi-a atras atentia in primul rand sensibilitatea, simplitatea si puritatea ce exulta din ele; devin o categorie rara si deosebita.

Twobile is a new Twitter client for users of Windows Mobile Pocket PCs.

Twobile (pronounced Twoh-bul, a mixture of the words “Twitter” and “Mobile”) is a new Twitter client for users of Windows Mobile Pocket PCs. Initially a personal project designed to help access various services provided by Twitter, the project began in mid 2007 and had remained in prototype status for nearly a year. In early 2008, it was decided that since there was a lack of sufficient Windows Mobile Twitter clients that addressed nearly all the services that Twitter provided, the project was moved from a prototype to a publicly available beta.

Why another Twitter client?

With the rise of Twitter users and the increase in the adoption of Windows Mobile devices around the world, the need for a client that allows those Windows Mobile users to utilize as many of the features of Twitter as possible without needing to be at a desktop computer increased as well. And as the rates for mobile Internet access and the surcharges incurred by mobile providers for SMS messages increased, the need for a full-featured, yet simple-to-use, client presented itself as a need. Thus, Twobile was born! And even though Twitter provides a web-based interface for mobile devices, its functionality was not as robust as those found on the desktop-version of the web interface.

How much does Twobile cost?

Absolutely nothing. Zip. Nada. Zero. Why, you might ask? Because Twitter is free and the ways you access it should be too! We do, however, ask that you donate to us so that we can maintain the Infinitum Software website and the Twobile software if you use the software for personal purposes. If, however, you use it for marketing, promotional, or other business ends, you will be required to pay for the software if you intend to keep it and begin using it for those business-related ends. We believe that this is a reasonable request to those who love the software as it will help us build a better program and better support for it.

Does Twobile work through a third-party server? Is my information secure?

Twobile directly connects to Twitter and all transactions are performed between your Windows Mobile device and the Twitter service. We do not syphon any information like direct messages, statuses, or username and passwords from you. There is no interference between Twobile and Twitter that we artificially inject that would be cause for alarm. However, upon your first successful login and use of Twobile, will will ask you if you would like to add the Twitter user “Twobile” to your friends list. This is optional and absolutely not required, but it will help us convey information about new updates that are available for Twobile when they are released, information about what is coming up, as well as any other notices that we may decide to make public. It also allows us to figure out how many people are using the Twobile client and where in the world they are using it (if you have set a location in your Twitter account). This, though optional, is just for bragging rights, and we hope that you can help us be proud of our little tool.

Customizable application launcher.
MusicFlo has four individual screens.
1. One for General info which includes:
- a TouchFlo 2 style clock
- notifications for new email, text messages, missed calls, and voicemail
2. One for programs with TouchFlo style interface (up to 9 pages of 9 buttons each)
3. One for contacts with TouchFlo Style interface (up to 9 pages of 6 contacts each)
4. One for Favorites with the ability to take a screenshot of the web page for “Visual Favorites” (up to 9 pages of 4 Favs each)
The configuration is built into each screen. Simply tap and hold to make the buttons start to shake, then tap the button you would like to configure, or tap the background to change the background image and change how many program, contact, or favorite buttons you would like.

Technical stuff:
MusicFlo calls two programs that are built in to most HTC ROMs, MakePhoneCall.exe and MakeVMail.exe. If you don’t have these programs installed, download the HTCApps.zip and unzip both programs into your Windows directory on your phone.
MusicFlo can be edited directly from the Program, or by editing data.xml in the /Program Files/MusicFlo folder. The very first entry is called “Browser”. Change it if you use something other than Pie for your web browsing.
Only add buttons through the program itself. Adding entries in the xml file won’t do anything, and it could mess you up later on, so only add buttons (Progs, Contacts, Favs) through the program interface.

Notes:
- For quick access I use AE Button Plus to change the long press of my dpad button to MusicFlo.
- MusicFlopng.zip contains an Icon Pack
- To make MusicFlo opens with a swipe up (ROMs with Cubes only) move MusicFlo.exe to Windows folder and rename to Biotouch.exe
